Debtech was engaged as the project manager for the Woodville Primary School Project, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including design, construction and associated works.
This project included a new single-story block of 16 classrooms, staff room with fully equipped kitchen and an administration office.
The project management scope of work included but was not limited to compiling and issuing the tenders, completing the tender evaluation and awarding the construction contract, management of the construction works and overseeing the resolution defects during the defect liability period.
