The purpose of the Academy is to deliver a range of professional learning opportunities to Victorian school leaders and highly skilled teachers. The Department of Education launched this program in multiple regional sites such as Geelong, Bendigo, Mildura, Shepparton, Moe, and Bairnsdale in addition to East Melbourne to achieve state-wide coverage.
The project involved refurbishing and repurposing existing spaces to make it suitable and functional to achieve the purpose of the Academy.
Debtech, as cost managers, worked closely with the architects to provide a cost-effective design for all sites through value management exercises.
